MISSION DRIVEN

We are on a mission to do more with less. We've broken down our purpose into three:

  • 1. SKINIMALISM

Making effective core skincare products available to everyone. We believe in less-is-more, but any skincare routine starts with strong cleansers and moisturizers.

  • 2. ENDING SEX-TRAFFICKING

Putting a stop to this silent but present endemic that effects all of us.

  • 3. INSPIRING

We all want to be loved for our authentic selves and be inspired to express ourselves as individuals. We want to be part of your journey to self-expression.

SEX TRAFFICKING IMPACTS US ALL.

For every product sold Koope donates up to $1 towards the fight against sex- trafficking. Koope is on a mission to end trafficking in the USA, and globally by supporting anti-trafficking initiatives and building awareness of this silent but pervasive issue.

Nearly 40.3 million people are being trafficked worldwide, 300k of them in the USA (70% women).

Our Impact

Responsible Ingredients

We source a number of purpose-led ingredients that are harvested or produced by manufacturers who give back. An example is our Baobab oil, part of the Eco Products Foundation, a non-profit initiative committed to buying fruit directly from rural harvesters and providing under-resourced preschool areas with infrastructure, education equipment, toys, swings and jungle gyms - right in the community the Baobab is harvested

OUR FOUNDER

Esthetician and child trafficking survivor Nadia Porter founded Koope out of the deep passion for our three core missions. With a dedication to fighing against sex trafficking, stemming from her own experiences, she is pairing her love for beauty and passion for charitable causes through Koope.

Having suffered from chronic urticaria (hives) for years due to aggressive and sensitizing ingredients in skincare, she went on to learn about ingredients that weren't good for your skin, and standards to create trustworthy formulas.

Finally, after being tired of the overwhelming task of shopping for skincare, Nadia found that the two most important products in a skicnare routine, cleansers and moisturizers, were being left behind in premium skincare brands. So she decided to change that, and focus on highly effective core products to 'bookend' your routine.

"Being an ethetician was the first thing that ever made me feel 'normal', after a life of abuse and sex-trafficking. I love that I'm able to make a difference in peoples lives through this passion."
